Glockenspiel in case

Come butter come
Come butter come

Waiting for a butter cake

Glockenspiels are perfect instruments to introduce pre-keyboard skills like the sequence of keys, with the high notes on the right and low notes on the left. The beating action needed to play make it the perfect instrument for all ages, but again, careful supervision is needed both for playing (protecting the beaters from being snapped) and stored (the metal may rust if stored in a damp area). These can also be used for glissando (low to high or high to low), playing accompaniment or playing to recognise or respond to patterns. This instrument also helps children to develop fine motor skills through playing specific keys, and just in holding the fine beaters.
